Stairs, ramps and the paths to the exits need exit signs and emergency lighting that work when the power fails. Battery units are tested monthly and annually under NFPA 101, with written records, and we test, repair and replace them.
Garages are a natural place for chargers, but the feeders have to reach the spaces and the service has to carry the new load. A load study comes first, then the circuit routes, then the chargers, with the utility brought in when the service has to grow.
A dark section usually traces to a failed fixture driver, a tripped circuit, a failed control or a damaged conduit run where a vehicle clipped it. We find the cause, make it safe, and give you a written price for the repair before we do it.
