We show up in the window, find the actual fault instead of guessing, and walk you to the panel or the outlet so you see what we see. Estimates are free. If we have to troubleshoot a fault, that is charged as its own line.

You get one price
Before we touch a wire, you get one flat number for the whole job and you approve it. If we open something up and find more, we stop and price it first. The bill matches the number you approved.

We finish and stand behind it
We do the work to code, label the circuits, protect your floors, and haul our mess. Then we walk you through what changed, hand you the paperwork, and back it. If it is not right, we come back.

A safety check while we are there
Every visit includes a look at your panel, your grounding and the circuits around the work. That is every visit, a diagnostic included, whether or not the job goes ahead. If we find something that is a genuine hazard we tell you, in writing, either way.
