How it works
Six commitments, in plain terms
Electrical pricing has a reputation problem, and it earned it: hourly meters, estimates that grow, and invoices that explain themselves after the fact. We run the opposite way. Every commitment below is how we actually operate on every job.
Flat rate, quoted up front
You get the exact price before any work begins, and you approve it. Not an estimate that grows, not an hourly meter running while someone hunts for the fault. One number for the whole job, agreed while the tools are still in the van.
Three options, your choice of scope
On every job we present three ways to handle it, priced flat, from fixing exactly what is broken to doing the work that heads off the next call. You choose the scope. Nobody upsells you; the options are on paper and the decision is yours.
The diagnostic fee works for you
Finding the real fault takes licensed skill and honest time, and the diagnostic fee covers that visit. When you go ahead with the work, the fee applies toward it. You are never paying twice for the same knowledge.
Financing for the larger jobs
Bigger projects can be financed on approved credit, so a panel that needs replacing now does not have to wait for a better month. The flat price is the same whether you finance or not.
The warranty, plainly
We stand behind our workmanship. The specific warranty terms for your job come in writing with your quote or invoice, so what is covered and for how long is on paper before you decide, not implied after.
No surprises, period
The price you approve is the price you pay. If we open something up and find a condition nobody could have seen, we stop, show you, and price it separately before touching it. Your bill never grows on its own.
Why not just bill by the hour like most of the trade? Because hourly billing puts the risk of a slow job on you and pays the company more when work takes longer. We wrote up what electricians charge per hour and why we do not if you want the whole argument. And when a larger job makes paying over time the sensible route, financing on approved credit is there for it.
