What partners get
What the Realtor Partner Program gives you
One contact
You get one person at Wattsmith to call or text with an address. No phone tree, and no starting over each time.
Fast scheduling
Tell us when the option period ends. We schedule the visit around that date, so the report is in hand while there is still time to use it.
The real estate electrical inspection, $399 flat
One flat price for one home, written report included. Findings are listed by area and rated Safety, Repair or Maintenance, with labeled photos, signed by a Texas licensed master electrician.
Reports by text and email
The report link goes to your client by text and email. Any repair is quoted at a flat price your client approves before work starts.
See exactly what the inspection covers on the real estate electrical inspection page.
No referral fees
Free to join, and no money to agents in any form
Wattsmith does not pay agents for referrals. That means no payment of any kind in exchange for sending us a client, whether cash, a gift or anything labeled a marketing fee. Texas real estate rules and federal settlement rules restrict those payments, and we are not interested in finding a creative way around them.
When nobody is paying you to recommend us, your recommendation is clean. Your buyer can trust that you picked us because we show up and do the work right. Partnering does not change what your client pays: every customer gets the same flat price from the same price book, approved before work starts.
