Branch build-outs and remodels
A branch build-out runs from the plans to rough-in, above-ceiling and final inspections, with teller lines, offices and a network room that each need their own circuits. We work from the drawings and the GC's schedule.
Electrician for banks and credit unions
Branch build-outs and remodels, power for ATMs, security and network equipment, and lighting for lobbies, drive-throughs and parking, scheduled outside banking hours.
What the work involves
Yes. Outages and noisy work at a bank branch are scheduled after hours or on weekends, so the branch opens on time and the vault and security systems stay powered where they must. We provide dedicated circuits for ATMs, cameras, alarms, access control and the network UPS; the security systems themselves are designed and installed by their suppliers.

ATMs, cameras, alarms and access control need dedicated circuits to the supplier's requirements, often with surge protection. We provide the power and connections; the security systems themselves are designed and installed by their suppliers.
Network equipment and its UPS need dedicated circuits sized from the equipment, with the UPS on its own circuit and the room's cooling powered separately. We wire to the IT supplier's list so the room is ready when the equipment arrives.
Drive-through lanes, the ATM area and the parking lot need even lighting at night. We repair and retrofit site lighting and find faults in photocells, timers and underground circuits.

Most branch problems trace to equipment added to circuits that were never sized for it, and to surges reaching sensitive equipment. We size circuits from the equipment lists, add surge protection where it fits, and label the panels to match.
Inside the city limits, the electrical permit goes through the City of San Antonio Development Services Department, under the 2023 National Electrical Code the city adopted effective May 1, 2025. We pull the permit and meet the inspector.
