We are looking for a Texas Master Electrician to serve as our License Holder of Record and set the technical standard for a launching, veteran-owned shop. This is a foundational role. You bring the license and the judgment. We bring the systems, the leads, and the growth.
Strong candidates want to help build a brand and mentor a crew, not just hold a card. There is real ownership potential as we scale across the San Antonio metro.
What you will do
- Serve as the License Holder of Record and keep the company operating to Texas code.
- Pull and manage permits and coordinate inspections.
- Set installation standards and review work for quality and safety.
- Mentor journeymen, wiremen, and apprentices in the field.
- Help shape process, pricing standards, and hiring as we grow.

Texas Master Electrician license (TDLR)
This role includes serving as our License Holder of Record. You are the licensed authority the company operates under.
- Current Texas Master Electrician license in good standing (TDLR).
- Willingness to serve as the company License Holder of Record.
- Years of hands-on residential and light commercial experience.
- Clean driving record and the discipline to run a job right.
- A teacher's mindset. You raise the people around you.
Pay
$85,000 to $95,000 base per year
- Monthly license holder of record stipend
- Company profit share

What a week looks like
- Review the schedule and the crew's open jobs, and set priorities.
- Handle permits and inspections and answer code questions from the field.
- Run or oversee the more complex installs and service calls.
- Walk finished work, coach the crew, and keep the standard high.
