The work
Run service calls and project work across the San Antonio metro. You diagnose clean, quote flat, and leave every job better than you found it.
You work under our Master Electrician's standards, and you take pride in code-right work you can stand behind.
What you will do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems.
- Install panels, circuits, fixtures, EV chargers, and more, to code.
- Quote flat and get customer approval before the work starts.
- Keep a clean job site and a straight story with the customer.

Texas Journeyman Electrician license
What we look for
- Current Texas Journeyman Electrician license.
- Solid diagnostic skills and clean workmanship.
- Clean driving record.
- Pride in the trade and respect for the customer's home.
Pay
Starting at $35 per hour
- Nonexempt W-2, overtime at time and a half over 40 hours
- Per-review bonus when a five-star review names you
- Take-home truck for lead roles
A straight hourly rate, set by experience. Overtime is time and a half over 40 hours in a week. No commission and no draw: what you are paid does not depend on what you sell.

- Pick up the day's service calls and project work from dispatch.
- Diagnose, quote flat, and do the work clean and to code.
- Label the work, walk the customer through it, and stand behind it.

Tools, truck, and pay
Lead roles get a take-home company truck, stocked and maintained. We buy the power tools, the meters, and the material. You bring your own hand tools, the way any tradesperson does.
Pay grows as you add licenses and take on more responsibility. Every rung of the ladder is a higher hourly rate, so the same day of work pays more as you advance. We would rather pay to keep a good electrician than train a new one.
