The work
You are the first voice a customer hears when something in their house stopped working. You take the call, set a real arrival window, and route the trucks so the window holds. The On-Time Promise and the 15-minute callback are published on our site; this seat is where both get kept.
Office-based at the San Antonio location, full time, W-2. You work with dispatch software, the schedule board, and a crew that treats the office as part of the operation, not an afterthought.
What you will do
- Answer inbound calls and the website's lead callbacks inside the published 15-minute window.
- Set arrival windows customers can plan around, and route the trucks so the windows hold.
- Coordinate the day's schedule with the crew, and call ahead when anything moves.
- Keep job records straight: who called, what was promised, what happened.
- Be the calm, straight voice when a customer is stressed about their power.

- Clear, calm phone presence and plain written communication.
- Organized under pressure: several trucks, one schedule, no dropped threads.
- Comfortable learning dispatch and scheduling software.
- Reliability. The whole operation plans around this seat being filled every day.
Pay
$9 to $15 per hour
